Step 01 · Charge it

Fully charge before first use with the USB-C cable. The light glows red while charging and turns blue when it's full, in 1–2 hours.

Step 02 · Pair it

Switch it on until the light flashes red and blue, then choose “Dozzee” in your Bluetooth settings. A tone means it’s connected, and it reconnects by itself next time.

Step 03 · Wear it

Open the soft velcro, wrap it round and close. Slide the speakers so they sit right over the ears. It fits every head size.

Step 04 · Wind down

Double-click minus for a one-hour sleep timer, twice for two hours. At bedtime, keep the volume low and comfortable.

Step 05 · Care for it

Slide out the speakers and controls, hand wash the band with mild detergent and let it air dry fully. No washing machine, tumble dryer or iron.

How to use
your Dozzee.

Everything from the quick start guide, step by step. Prefer paper? The PDF has it all, in several languages.

Zip pocket

Open the zip at the top of the band. Slip in a cooling strap to stay fresh, or a heating strap to relax, then zip it closed.

Speakers

Open the pocket and slide a speaker into each side. Line up L and R with the matching ears, then close the zip.

Tip: they sound best sitting right over the ears.

Fit

Open the soft velcro, wrap the band round and adjust until it feels snug but comfy, then close it securely. It fits every head size.

Charging

Fully charge before first use with the USB-C cable. The light glows red while charging and turns blue when full, in 1–2 hours. A full charge gives 8–12 hours of play.

Never use Dozzee while it is charging.

Pairing

  1. 1Turn Dozzee on. The light flashes red and blue.
  2. 2Open Bluetooth settings on your phone or tablet.
  3. 3Choose “Dozzee” from the list.
  4. 4You'll hear a tone when it connects. If asked for a password, enter 0000.
  5. 5Next time, it reconnects by itself.

Care & washing

Look after it and it will look after them. The band is hand-washable once the electronics are out.

Do
  • Take out the speakers and controls first
  • Hand wash with a mild detergent
  • Let it air dry fully before putting the electronics back
  • Check it over regularly
Don't
  • Use a washing machine or tumble dryer
  • Iron it
  • Leave it in direct heat or long periods of sun
  • Let the electronics get wet
