Dozzee began with something very personal: the everyday reality of raising six children, and a wish for something soft, calm and screen-free that kids would actually want to wear.
For well over two decades I've built my career around people: leading teams, shaping cultures and working with international brands across retail, logistics, hospitality and aviation. I've spent it understanding what people need, how they feel and what helps them thrive, alongside talented, award-winning teams.

With six children growing through different ages, personalities, routines and adventures, I saw how easily rest can be overlooked. Busy mornings, school days, sports, travel, screens, homework and everything in between can make slowing down feel almost impossible.
I wanted something different.
“Not another rule. Not another screen. Not something children would resist wearing.”
I wanted to create something they would actually want to put on: soft, comfortable and beautifully designed, something that could quietly become part of their everyday lives. And so, Dozzee was born.
We created more than a sleep band. We created a little moment of calm, combining an incredibly soft, breathable band with an integrated sound experience designed to help children switch off, settle down and enjoy their own space.
Every detail of Dozzee has been created with comfort, simplicity and the child's experience at the heart of it, from the feel of the fabric to the sound, the design and the freedom to use it beyond bedtime.
For me, Dozzee is about making everyday moments a little easier for families, and giving children a small, comforting space that feels entirely their own.
